Use: Filming on State property.

Fees: The State of California does not charge for film permits or locations. Any charges are the result of a reimbursement to the State for a specific expense such as employee time, fuel, and/or parking.

Application Requirements: State of California Photography/Motion Picture Permit. Advance notice of at least 48 hours.

Insurance requirements: Certificate of insurance naming the State of California, its officers, agents and employees and/or volunteers as an additional insured in the following amounts: $1,000,000 general liability and $500,000 hired and non-owned automobile liability coverage.
