The Public Works Village Maintenance District provides for street, sidewalk and lighting improvements within the Village. Properties within district boundaries that specifically benefit from the improvements pay an annual assessment based on front footage. City staff maintain the sidewalks, cement areas, benches, curbs, lighting systems, overhead signs and provide maintenance and upkeep of planters, trees, shrubs, flowers, weed control and the irrigation system.
