2026 SANITARY SEWER CURED IN PLACE PIPE PROJECT
Project Description
The work includes rehabilitation of approximately 8730 LF of 8” sanitary sewer gravity piping by cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) methods. The contract includes cleaning and sewer bypassing as necessary to perform the rehabilitation of work.

SEWER MASTER PLAN AND SEWER SYSTEM MANAGEMENT PLAN UPDATE
Project Description
The City of Big Bear Lake is seeking the services of qualified civil engineering firms to provide professional services related to the preparation of a Sewer Master Plan, a Sewer System Management Plan, and other related work. For the purposes of this RFP, the key project elements will be defined as follows:
- Sewer Master Plan (Master Plan) – A long-range planning document addressing existing and future sewer system capacity, hydraulic performance, infrastructure needs, capital improvements, and related planning. The Sewer Master Plan should contemplate a twenty-five (25) year planning horizon.
- Sewer System Management Plan (SSMP) – The City’s regulatory management plan to be prepared and maintained in accordance with State Water Resources Control Board Order WQ 2022-0103-DWQ.
The selected consultant is expected to review and analyze the existing Sewer Master Plan to establish which, if any, portions of the existing document can be maintained and/or updated as well as which portions of the existing plan need to be entirely redeveloped.

The submission of the proposal should be clearly marked as containing response to the Sewer Master Plan Update RFP, include five (5) bound hardcopies, and one (1) flash drive containing one (1) PDF version of the completed proposal.
