The City Manager provides overall leadership and administrative direction for the City's departments, ensuring the effective delivery of municipal services and programs. The City Manager presents recommendations, analysis, and information to support informed policy decisions by the City Council and Fire Protection District Board; coordinates the City's relationships with external agencies, organizations, and stakeholders; oversees the planning, funding, and implementation of major capital and strategic projects; serves as a key liaison between City Administration, community organizations, and residents to foster effective communication and collaboration; prepares and delivers public communications; and promotes organizational efficiency, exceptional customer service, and responsiveness to community needs.
