Statement of Economic Interests (Form 700)

Copies of the Form 700 Statement of Economic Interests may be obtained by visiting the Office of the FPPC at 428 ‘J’ Street, Suite 620, Sacramento, CA 95814, or the City Clerk’s Office located at 39707 Big Bear Boulevard, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315.

The Form 700 Statement of Economic Interests filed by certain state and local government agency elected officers are available in electronic format on the FPPC’s website at www.fppc.ca.gov.

Public Official Appointment List (Form 806)

Pursuant to Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) Regulation 18705.5, each agency must post on its website a single Form 806 which lists all the paid appointed positions to which an official will vote to appoint themselves.  When there is a change in compensation or a new appointment, Form 806 is updated to reflect the change.  The form is required if the appointment results in an additional (potential) income of at least $250 in a 12-month period.

Campaign Statements (Form 410, 460, 470, 497)

Effective January 1, 2021, AB 2151 requires a local government agency to post on its internet website, within 72 hours of the applicable filing deadline, a copy of any specified statements, reports, or other documents filed with that agency in paper format and must be made available for four years from the date of the election associated with the filing. Per AB 2151, copies of Campaign Disclosure Statements filed by the City Council may be reviewed on this page. Please note that certain personal information for statements that are posted electronically (i.e., online or by email) are required to be redacted.
